Council planning records
Bristol, Camden and York use direct council feeds. Our featured Sussex and other PlanIt connections sit alongside a wider directory of 355 source entries. Postcodes are matched by council code where available; a directory listing does not establish complete or current coverage. Explore the individual connections.
Direct feeds use a rolling calendar-year window. PlanIt begins with 90 days, then refreshes changed records; a complete result is cached for up to 24 hours. Source retrieval time is not the same as council publication time. PlanIt is a best-effort service, not a guaranteed feed.
Sold prices and designations
HM Land Registry Price Paid Data supplies recorded transactions for England and Wales. The postcode panel retrieves up to 200 records. Planning Data supplies five designation datasets for England. Postcode-location matching is not a plot-boundary search.
Around your home
Department for Education: Get Information about Schools supplies the open-school listings for England. Department for Transport: NaPTAN supplies active transport stops and stations across Great Britain. OS Open Greenspace supplies parks/gardens, play spaces and playing fields across Great Britain.
These are official bulk downloads held locally. A report search does not send the postcode to those three providers. Each category shows its own download date and, where supplied, publication edition. A report refresh does not download a new national dataset. Distances are straight-line estimates from the postcode centre; park entrances are deduplicated by site. Schools exclude closed and proposed-to-open records. Transport stops exclude inactive records, platforms and individual station entrances. Counts describe matched records, not an exhaustive local directory.
No school admissions, service timetables, park opening hours or universal free-access guarantee is implied. Contains Ordnance Survey data © Crown copyright and database right 2026. Open Government Licence v3.0.
Other local context
Postcodes.io resolves postcode geography. Environment Agency flood monitoring and Police.uk data provide the additional local context displayed where available. Coverage and update frequency differ by source.
Reuse and attribution
Source links remain attached to records. Government data is reused under the applicable source terms, including the Open Government Licence where stated; third-party and council datasets can have additional conditions. A source-by-source licence and commercial-use review is still a public-launch requirement. No paid HomeData connection is active.
